Be gently guided through 30 minutes of deep relaxation, using mindfulness and guided meditation so that you can let go of your worries and drift off into a night of peaceful slumber to wake up refreshed, renewed and ready for your day.
No previous experience necessary, this call will also be recorded and sent to you as an audio for you to use at home whenever you need it.
